We have a beautiful historic (1939) two bedroom house - One block from the beach and walking distance to downtown Delray Beach. Original details, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen with oak butcher block counters and nice high end appliances. Huge tropical landscaped yard with outdoor gas and charcoal barbeque and smoker, lounge chairs and outdoor dining area. Shared use of 3 bicycles. You will also enjoy the use of the beach rental chairs with our membership to Oceanside Beach Rentals. Delray has world class restaurants, entertainment and nightlife to suit anyone's needs and budget. Driving distance or tri rail to West Palm Beach (15 mins.), Ft. Lauderdale (25mins) or Miami (1 hour). 25 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport, 15 minutes to West Palm Beach International Airport. A very relaxing place for a family or couples. Centrally located and all amenities nearby. Guests will have access to entire two bedroom apartment on the ground level of a duplex house. Complete access to the yard and parking. High speed internet and cable TV. 3 bicycles. Lots of fun, sunshine and relaxation. I'm in and out of the property and I travel a bit for work but I'm always available either by phone or email. You may see me maintaining the yard or in passing during your stay. Great quiet neighborhood. Lots of people walking, jogging and riding bikes. Friendly people. Walking distance to everything. The "Delray Downtowner" provides free transportation and services the downtown area. Delray Trolley is also available free of charge.
